SDZ Auction's mission is to be a fast paying, efficient, complete auction service satisfying both buyers and sellers in the marketplace through free trade. Accelerated marketing has always been intriguing to me and because every potential sale or auction contains so much variety, I knew since I was 16 years old that marketing, auctions and auctioneering was going to fit my personality and be a major part of my life.
Estates often include Real Estate and/or Personal Property. Every estate situation is different in many ways. The main advantage of the Auction Method is that in any given situation, an auction will work as long as sellers are realistic about values. When both real estate and personal property need to be sold, it makes sense to market them at the same time to gain maximum advertising exposure.
Continuing the family tradition of Cattle farming in Cortland County, New York for 7 going on 8 generations since 1839, we raise choice beef cattle; raise dairy replacements heifers and broker cattle sales. My parents contracted with SDZ Auctions for a Absolute property & household auction in the summer of 2018. They were very kind and thoughtful through the process beginning to end. Never pressuring them into a decision or rushing the process. Always reassuring that the property would sell at a profitable price and it did. Day of auction they came & moved furniture and other items under the tent in a timely manner and when finished, took care of everything and left property clean. Very good communication before, during and after the sale. I would highly recommend SDZ Auctions for any Estate or Absolute
