Sheriden Woods Health Care Center offers short-term rehabilitation, long-term, respite, hospice and dementia care. Sheriden Woods during the pandemic allowed a patient with COVID-19 come home without any type of notification or anything from the nurse or administrators. We have a high risk toddler and another toddler who could be infected with it. This also put us in quarantine for the 14 days because of their lack of notifications to others. They have no compassion . When I talked to nurse she seemed very aggravated at the way my mother was acting . She was 80 and very sick. Also I went there to see my mom through window. The woman at front desk said no go home make a appointment. I started crying tried to explain I hadn’t seen her in over 2 month’s and she was not doing well at all she would not even listen to me just said very rudely go home. This place is a toilet. They don't wear gloves or masks. I was there to recover from my foot injury ..They only give you a shower once every seven or eight days and if you miss your shower day you have to wait another week. They stole my pajamas, makeup and dentures. As soon as I told them I wanted to file a police report they magically found them Whatever meds you're doctor has you on makes no difference the doctor there can do what he wants. I have a family member as a resident, right now. I think this facility is absolutely amazing! The staff here are the most dedicated, tender and compassionate people I have ever known. We have been overwhelmed with fear and sadness these last weeks but we have found some peace by what these people create everyday. This facility is nothing short of a gift to it's residents and families! Especially, compared to other medical facilities. I wish I could list every name and kindness offered here..

I recently had a loved one In this facility and I couldn't say one bad thing. The customer service was amazing and the building had a great home like feeling to it. The nurses took such great care of her and I will most definitely recommend Sheriden Woods in the future. The admissions department welcomed us and helped my loved one adjust easily.
