Service has dropped and wait time has increased since Rocket took over. I've had a monthly unlimited wash membership for years. I used to pull up and it would read the bar code and open automatically. Now that doesn't work, even if you change to their new system. You have to wait for employee help, and the new system has everything all fouled up. Employees stand around while cars line up. If you get in a slow line they do nothing to help cars get in the right order. In addition, you can no longer get the interior cleaned. I've been going for many, many years, but after the

I am absolutely frustrated and will never return to your establishment ever again. We had a carefully preserved rose from my wife's, brothers funeral that we have cared for loved for 6.5 years. That rose made several moves, transported from Arizona to Nebraska this last week and your employees disposed of it like it was nothing. Imagine this happening to you and your family and the emotions that a running wild right now all because your employees have no respect for others property.

I definitely don't do this very often but I'm beyond irritated and disappointed in a local business. I took Haley's little black car to be washed, and have the interior cleaned for her graduation at Dolphins Car Wash on 144th and Center. Let me preface that I am a good customer and am there frequently. After the young men cleaned the interior of her car, the USB ports, phone connections and Sync buttons were not working. I called and they offered a $10 credit. I am appalled by the lack of customer service and accountability. I actually only asked for the amount of the "detailing

I love dolphins car wash! They do a great job of keeping my car sparkling. I feel like all the negative reviews are from people who don't take care of their vehicles and then expect they're going to get a back-to-factory cleaning for $35. Those people need to spend $200 for a heavy cleaning and then quit being disgusting

Friendly service - Poor quality! I just paid $42 for platinum wash with full interior, tire shine & rubber floor mats. It took them about 10 minutes and they were done. I was surprised at how fast it was until I saw the finished product- then I realized how it was so fast. Looks like they barely vacuumed, wiped down a few areas and ignored most and left garbage on the floor. I am very frustrated with the quality vs. cost! I took just a couple of quick pics..

They did a fantastic job cleaning the inside of my car. $30 got me a great car with undercarriage and a clean inside that included door , dash seats and they washed my mats. Everyone was very friendly. I stopped going to Russell Speeders when they raised their prices to $40 for the same service. They also sell some of the best greeting cards I've seen anywhere.

Dolphins what have you done??? I'm not sure when you changed your process but I no longer feel like I get treated like a king. I had to drive my own car through the wash and to top it off I had to pay extra for interior vacuum. To make matters worse I had to buy something inside in order to get cash (5 dollar limit) so I could tip the folks wiping down my car. Premium wash cost 28.05, tire shine, 1.86, with tax total was 32.00. Not counting tip! $37 bucks!

I booked an interior detailing, which came with a complimentary car wash. The car wash looked great--after 3 weeks in Minnesota my car had a lot of bug smears!
The interior looked pretty good,dashboard, vents and consoles were wiped down nicely. The products they use leaves a bit of a greasy residue. The leather seats didn't seem too greasy. The foot mats were vacuumed and washed nicely, however underneath the carpet didn't seem to be shampooed or vacuumed. The glove compartment and storage console between the front seats were not vacuumed or cleaned. A coffee splash on the ceiling

Visited Dolphin for the first time yesterday and back today with my 2nd auto. Very convenient and easy to work with. Select your wash type, any extra services, pay and drive in. Simple and quite effective. My car(s) needed both inside and outside cleanings. Decent prices, only $25 total for everything. Only complaint is the interiors could have been a bit cleaner and polished. Then again this isn't a full car detail so I can't really complain. I will definitely be back!

I used to go to dolphins all the time when I lived in Omaha full time, now that I am only in Omaha 10% of my time I haven't been here in years. I decided my car needed a good cleaning while I was in town for the week so I figured I'd get some premium service for my car.

raised the prices, and the cleaning was inferior to what it was. I tried to discuss this with the manager, and she told me "it's state of the art now".
Well, sometimes your equipment doesn't make up for a solid business that people actually enjoyed going to! It's too bad. I won't be back.
Bottom line, mediocre cleaning, poor personal interaction, expensive. Bad combo.

I originally came to Dolphins several years ago, after I'd moved back to the city from California. I was looking for a west-coast style touchless carwash and was thoroughly pleased when I found Dolphins. The attention to detail, the human touch... not only did I take my car, but I convinced my wife that this was THE place to take your car if your wanted it looked after & cleaned properly. We'd drive our cars 20 minutes from midtown in order to take them through Dolphins & I'd feel awesome driving my car out once they had worked their magic.

Now I found out that's not true....they are about the almighty dollar. After the remodel it went to a automated service....22.00 dollars they call a premium car wash is a joke because they have these add ons like towel exchange 5.00, wheels 2.00, interior 10.00...so I got the premium for 22.00, towel exchange 5.00, and wheel service for 2.00....I felt the same as when I Went through from Fantasy's car wash and then they hand me a towel and tell me bring
