Don’t trust their listings. My father and I found the exact boat that we wanted, we live 19 hours away so we flew all the way to Little Rock, purchased a rental truck, and arrived to find out the boat was nothing like it was advertised. On Monday we contacted the dealership and made arrangements to view the boat on Thursday.
We live 13 hours from the location and we were told that a boat would be held for us to view. The salesman said that he would contact us on Wednesday to confirm that we were still coming. When we were on the way, we did not hear anything from the salesman. We decided to call them to inform him that we were indeed on the way. I had a great experience here. I bought a beautiful older Formula boat. Perry was very candid about everything on the boat and it had been detailed to a shine inside and out. Perry was very knowledgeable about everything mechanically and cosmetic on the boat and shared valuable tips and information about boat care and maintenance moving forward. This was important to me as a first time boat owner. The price was very fair and my overall experience was smooth and without issue. Would highly recommend.

I shopped several dealers in Dallas and Oklahoma City looking for a nice pre-owned boat. It was always the same story. Poorly presented, moderately detailed to show, abundantly "used" craft with a salesperson spending my time telling me why I should be willing to pay several thousand dollars over market average for a very average boat. I give them a zero. Up until they got the check in their hand, they were great. I will never buy from them again and do not recommend. We bought our boat, took it out for the first time a few weeks later and the prop wouldn't go all the way down. $400 later, after replacing the trim cyclinders, after we couldn't get anyone to call us back, when we have a 30 day warranty, we were dead in the water with our 2 young kids at 7:00 at night. This wasn't all, but the other "little" fixes weren't major, until now as I'm so frustrated with the integrity of this business and their people. Future buyers,

We have been extremely disappointed in what was both promised and delivered. The Chaparral cabin cruiser was supposed to be delivered from covered storage (which we paid extra for and instead Export stored outside and finish was not protected and needed waxing upon delivery), several water leaks in engine compartment, needed new water pump which shut down engine and left us stranded at sea in a major storm for 2 days and had to be towed, engine oil was not what manufacturer recommended and engine ran too hot and required servicing, batteries were seconds and not manufacturer recommended, boat

I haul boats and other toys cross country, which affords me the opportunity to meet various dealers, sales people, mechanics and hull repairmen. The majority of businesses only fix what needs to be fixed on a boat, just to get it out the door or sale, "As is". This is NOT the case with Export Marine. The go through the entire boat! I have personally witnessed customer interactions and I've even had the occasional opportunity to meet some of their satisfied customers. Export Marine's staff is friendly and honest. No matter what service I needed, they always seemed to give me a little extra. I've shopped around to make sure I'm getting a fair cost for services such as winterizing, and Export is always as low if not lower than anyone in Central Arkansas (heck, most in Central Arkansas don't want to touch a Volvo outdrive, and Export specializes in them!). Jay and Heather were both great to work with, and their staff spent a ton of time with us explaining the boat features.
