I called Jim's tire to see what the wait time was. The guy told me to come on in. I specifically asked if they were busy and he said no. I get there 10 minutes later, wait for about 3 minutes for someone to show up behind the counter. The guy then says there's 5 cars in front of me and it will be a while. I said, are you telling me that 5 cars showed up in the 10 minutes that it took me to drive over and he said yes. I'm not buying it. I know how long it takes them to check someone in at this shop and there is no way they could have checked in 5 cars in the short time it took me to drive over.

Awful service and arrogant owner . A month ago my wife needed four tires for the car, they had two and they had to order two more after waiting two weeks they said they forgot to order it. We went to American tire and we saved hundreds on four tires and they got it within one week. today I had a nail in one of my tires in a repairable area , after they put the car on the jack they took 45 minutes and said they cannot repair it, that we a need a new tire for $380. We have a few cars that always need tires. They lost our business and our friends/family also. After they didn’t fix the nail, I went

Had slow leak left front tire a week ago...I went in and they "fixed" and said there was a nail in m tire. Yesterday SAME exact tire was showing up very low pressure on my dash so I went back in to have checked again. I was told there was a nail in my tire and am I sure I didn't have my tires rotated because they repaired the right rear tire last time (WRONG). Now my tire may well have had two nails and they didn't catch the second nail the first repair...shame on them. BUT irregardless it now is supposedly fixed but they didn't even bother to put air back in the fixed tire up to specs (it was
