Services
Please select a collection in the drop down menu. If you don't see what you want please email me, I am happy to work with you to create a piece just for you! Each piece is handmade by me, and usually you will receive what is pictured, however some items I do make in multiples so it is possible there could be slight variations in stone glazes, but you will get the best I have!
I am happy to work with you on making a special piece. I do not request a deposit, as I believe in trusting people. I will give you an idea of how long it will take me and you are free to stay in touch with me. Once it is made I will send you an image (on or before the date I told you) and link to purchase it.
JLK Jewelry welcomes wholesale orders from established galleries and shops. You may reach me by phone at 910-464-2653. I will need your shop information, copy of your resale license and a credit card number for our file. Please contact me for minimum purchase amount. We do charge a 20% restocking fee on orders placed and then cancelled before the shipping.
Each of the stones is handmade using stoneware clay. They are shaped and flattened and then must dry thoroughly. Once they are dry, they are fired in a bisque kiln, which goes to 1700° F. This bisque firing serves the purpose of giving the piece considerably more strength than it has when it is simply dried clay and the piece won't break while I handle it.
