Battling cancer means managing your pain and the side effects of treatment - loss of appetite, anxiety, and sleepelessness, to name a few. Cancer is a qualifying condition to use marijuana in the state of Michigan. Dr. David Crocker helps adults apply to the state to use marijuana under the Michigan Medical Marihuana Program, and with state-required renewals.

As a physician, I am charged with balancing the benefits and risks of various treatments for my patients in a compassionate manner. Conditions like chronic pain that interfere with daily activities like mobility, work, recreation, sleep, and relationships can greatly reduce a patient's quality of life.

Severe chronic pain, nausea, or seizures may allow you to obtain a medical marijuana card if these conditions interfere with your daily activities - working, sleep, leisure activities, family interaction. We will need medical records: typically we ask for the chart notes from the 5 most recent doctor visits pertaining to your qualifying condition.
First, you need to have a qualifying condition: Severe chronic pain, nausea, seizures, or muscle spasms; cancer, glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, hepatitis C, Crohn's Disease, ALS, agitation of Alzheimer's disease, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, nail patella, cachexia (wasting syndrome) or PTSD. A diagnosis from your doctor is all we need if you suffer from cancer, HIV/AIDS, glaucoma, or ALS.

Wanted a local weed doctor. Also to help renew my medical card for past health issues. Directly contacting them is extremely hard. And when I request an appointment via online form, all I get is a form to fill out, no other info. That’s it. I’m in a constant loop. Tried a few times. Have not talked to anyone directly. Just gave up.

Doctor and staff are friendly and genuinely concerned for patient well-being. The office atmosphere is relaxed. Convenient location. It's easy to get an appointment and they're super accommodating if traffic makes you run a few minutes late. :)

Very professional and easy to talk to. Dr. Crocker and his wife are absolutely awesome. As a skeptical nurse, I would absolutely recommend!! As a patient, I have been able to come off many medications because of learning alternative ways of healing with Dr Crocker and wife who is an RN!! I am grateful and blessed to find them! Given the opportunity I would work for them!!

This place is an absolute cancer on the MMMP community. They take full advantage of being the only place in the area that does certifications by charging people $200.00 FOR ONE. For those unfamiliar with the MMMP system looking to get your card for the first time, that's $100-$130 MORE EXPENSIVE than just about ANYWHERE in Lansing. Spend the time, spend the gas, go to Lansing (or even Ann Arbor) to get your certification/renewal. These people are crooks.
