When calling the spa, if I am not available please leave a message. If you are calling after hours or on Sunday or Monday your call will not be returned until Tuesday. If a holiday falls on a Tuesday, your call will be returned the following day. I am closed all major holidays. I put the first step of that vision into play in June of 2008 where the incredible journey of Harmony Day Spa LLC. I have a strong background in business and customer service, along with a passion for success which I feel has helped build a strong foundation for Harmony Day Spa. My dedication and sacrifice has all been part of this wonderful journey.
Gift Certificates will be mailed within 24 hours of purchase with the following exceptions: Sunday, Monday, and all Major Holidays, gift certificates will not be processed when I am closed. Gift certificates must be presented at time of service. I can not perform any service if I am not presented with the Gift Certificate at the time of service.
Over the course of ten years Harmony Day Spa has had three articles written about the business. In 2015 an article was released in NNY Business featuring Harmony Day Spa owner Dolores Laurie Ferringo. We offer a variety of hot stone services, including; hot stone facial, hot stone massage, and hot stone manicure and pedicure. There are many beverages to choose from when at Harmony Day Spa- coffee, tea, water, hot chocolate, wine and seasonal beverages as well!
Each year the Harmony gardens are expanded to offer a quiet retreat for you to enjoy before or after your stay with us and we encourage you to enjoy the garden spaces and garden terrace where you can listen to the tranquil water flow from our fountain and experience the beauty of nature.

A graduate of Phillips Institute of Cosmetology and Wood Hygienic Institute and the Life Center for Wellbeing, I am the proud owner of Harmony Healing & Wellness LLC.
