Excellent design, poor workmanship, won't stand behind their work
We recently purchased a new home at Fieldstone Village, so we didn't have a lot of choice in our subcontractors. They have been competent, polite and more than willing to make repairs or explain things to us. Then there's Sasso.
We actually went to their showroom and met "the girls." They call themselves that and will tell you they don't make decisions or give pricing. But they do have a great selection, creative ideas and try to please.
Too bad "the boys" can't follow through.

The people at Sasso Tile were so incredibly helpful whan I needed help getting a few (3) slate floor tiles for a homeowner project I'm doing. They patiently explained that the kind of tiles I was trying to match are no longer available everywhere... that it might be tough to find what I was looking for. I knew I could get them at a stone supply place in Milford, but I really didn't want to do business there since they weren't very helpful.
