Webb Hearing Centers has a good reputation in providing the most current hearing aid products to the customers in Arizona. Our first location was opened in Phoenix in 1972 by Gene and Louella Powers (originally called Powers Hearing Aid Center). The business moved to Sun City in 1982. In 1992, Louella's son, Larry Webb, joined the family business, eventually taking over the business in 1996 and renaming it Webb Hearing Centers.

I recently went to Webb hearing for my hearing loss. They were absolutely wonderful I have heard good things about them from a friend. They really seem to care about your situation and what is going on and we're very very helpful, I felt like I could ask them anything. What a wonderful caring place to go to. I'm so lucky that I found them and I will recommend them to everyone I know. I feel as if I could recommend them to anyone and everyone, this is no problem for me since they have really helped me so much and I didn't realize my hearing was quite this bad. What a difference. In the beginning they were great, testing my mom’s hearing picking out the proper hearing aid etc.
But follow up for parts and callbacks is atrocious, they never call you back. Have left messages with people in the valley and the local Prescott office. No one calls you back. My mother lost one hearing aid over the weekend, the lady took my information 2 days ago, no callback. It appears once they have sold you something they are done with you.
I went online and ordered brand new ones for a quarter of the cost. Don’t waste your money here.

Took my Mom in for her hearing aides. They treated her so sweetly and helped her out so much. Kindness goes a long way when you have hearing problems. Most people do not understand how hard it is. I made my family put on ear plugs and chew on some chips while listening to someone speak. They finally got it. Be kind to the hearing impaired!
