They have a deal on Groupon that I was interested in using. My group was for special Ed at a school I work at and wanted to get multiple. The guy (Pedro) introduced himself and when I presented my question I never got a response ever again. One of my coworkers reached out by calling and he quickly texted her. She told me that she just got a text so I sent a follow up text knowing he was using his phone and ignored it.

Pedro has always come through with my last minute requests and offers competitive pricing. They usually drop off in morning and picks up late which gives kids time to play all day! Truly great service and business.

Top notch rental experience!!! Reasonable prices. Great customer service before the rental. Pedro promptly answered all my questions via phone, text, and yelp messages. I was really impressed. Delivery was well ahead of schedule and party. Delivery guy was quick and quiet. Barely, noticed he was there. Rental was clean!!

I ended up getting the 4-in-1. Originally, wanted just a water slide. But, so glad I talked to Pedro because the 4-in-1 worked out so much better. Everyone at the party loved it.
