We offer 22 lots that can accommodate most camper sizes and 2 vehicles. Our sites have full hookups (water, sewer, and 20/30/50 amp electric). Our sites are $625 for 30 amp, and $650 for 50 amp, and that cost includes all utilities, up to 2 people (up to 4 people are allowed for an extra charge), and fishing on our private lake without a Colorado fishing license.
Rest safely, knowing that the park has security cameras and on-site managers available 24/7. We also do not allow anything other than RVs, and no locals. We cater specifically to workers, whose job sites relocate when a job is finished. All sites are wired for cable and high-speed internet. All you have to do is call the provider to have your choice of package hooked up!

Never been here looking for motel i seen the adult only and thought about something that rhymes with kipper. But reading replies from the owner. You're awesome. Put them in their place good sir. Your rules. They don't like it? Try the rest area. At least this person is providing a safe place for you to stay.

This place sounds psycho, all sorts of drama, everything on the part of the park sounds plausible except for calling their own activities 'fishing' while calling it that of others 'poaching', that selective inconsistency alone makes me second-guess the validity of the narrative they carry... as an indigenous person I've faced enough discrimination in this country alone as an undeclared norm of being here, do not need it accompanied by any dubious terms or shoddy pretexts, especially coming from out of town alone on my routes, I know the establishment and its tendencies too well. No thank you.
