I cannot explain how different this place is. The director, Tiffany, is so thoughtful and wonderful! There is hardly any staff turnover at all. All of the residents are very happy. You can tell that there have been some changes since the last reviews were written 9 months ago. Keep up the amazing work, Applewood of Brookfield!

The facility is very nice and the management and caregivers were very good under the original owners. There was a change of ownership in 2017 and things changed. I would recommend requesting as many personal family references as you can of residents who have been living there for more than just a few months. Follow through and call them so you can get current feedback before making this important decision. My Mom lived at the Brookfield Applewood location from 2015 - 2017.

So disappointed that Applewood failed to meet expectations. My parent was only there a few months when it became obvious that it wasn't going to work out. Other families I knew have also moved on. Apparently it had a good reputation before the ownership changed to Premier. We are now in a better location, getting better care and for a lower cost.

This placed has changed tremendously under new ownership. It is a shame to see what was once such a beautiful well ran place turn into what it has become. The food is terrible, the care is mediocre, the new management allows unbelievable things to go on. They do still have some wonderful caregivers but they are overworked and under appreciated. If you value your loved ones quality of life do not move them in. There is a reason they have 19 empty beds.
