I took my daughter here for an ear infection. Prompt service from polite and knowledgeable staff. These reviews are such pathetically entitled garbage, I cried laughing so hard. This place, the staff, and services they offer... All fine. These people complaining are not.

I didn’t want to go based on the reviews, but I had no issues. Staff was great - simple and to the point (didn’t feel the need to make small talk, which I appreciated). I was in & out in 15 minutes (granted I was the only one there).

Mom always said " The truth will stand when the worlds on fire. " One day my neck was hurting very bad. I went to this place, to get help, FAST HELP!
This Adan Dr, came in and looked inside my neck, and said " hhhmmm "
Looked at me and said he would send someone in to swab my neck. After she left, and about 15 mins, he came back in with a brochure, with a list of Dr's on it, and told me to find one of these to help me. I was in so much pain that day. He didn't give me anything. I wasn't asking for pain meds. I was asking for antibiotic. It was then I went to another Dr, this next Dr looked at

You know you go to urgent care because your sick and then the nurses all sit outside the door obvious unaware that the patients can hear them, calling the patients stupid, ignorant and just saying all kinds of unprofessional things. They need to remember if it wasnt for these "stupid" patients they wouldnt have a job!

I would have gotten better care if I walked up to a complete stranger and ask for assistance. Staff was rude and need to understand that even if a door is closed, you can still hear them. Saw a nurse practitioner, not a doctor, she never ask what my issue was, I had to just start telling her and then I made suggestions on what should be done. Left and went straight to ER

My daughter, a pharmacy school student had to leave school due to fever of Wednesday. Went to Urgent Care Claypool Hill.
Diagnosis of Strep,
Blisters in throat and fever
Was given excuse for remainder of day. Which she didn't need.
We had to go back on Thursday, she still had fever and very sick in order to get excuse for this day.
Was told today we have to come and pay again for excuse for today.
Does that sound like caring if contagious illnesses are spread in our schools?
Sounds more like a money racket to me.
Disgusted that this is what we have for medical care.

I took my husband here today, we walked in, filled out papers, and we might had set there 5 minutes and they called him back. all the staff plus the doctor was more than nice to us. they asked a few questions, took a few tests, and in a few short moments we knew what was wrong, got a shot of antibiotics and we were on way home. was a wonderful experience, besides him being sick. want to say thanks to allof them..
