Garrett and Rob, with Rapid Junk Removers were responsive and on time. They greeted me with professionalism and carried the upmost respect to the end. I think it would have been cheaper to "do it myself" but I paid for the service they offered and was very satisfied to give them my business. I feel others should support them and I recommend them to friends and family. The price varies by how much you fill up the truck, quarter, half, or full therefor they couldn't give me a quote until they saw how much junk they'd be hauling. They do give a free quote which is nice and since they are already there

Since Google won't let me post a 2nd review, Im updating my review. This is my 2nd time using this company for junk haul away.
What can I say, once again excellent customer service. I originally used these guys about 5mos ago.
I didn't have a lot of junk, but they still came out of their service area to take care of me
(an hour out of their way) Kept me updated on their arrival time when they hit traffic, came in and worked fast. These guys are great, will continue to use them. Good prices, fast, efficient and very nice. These are my go to guys, won't use anyone else.

They sure live up to their name...RAPID Junk removal!!! Needed an old refrigerator removal before Monday. I called midday on Saturday and thought it was too late to get someone. Robert called me back at 7:25pm. I told him my dilemma and he scheduled pickup for Sunday between 10 to 11am. Communicated ever step of the way. Let me know his ETA, sent me pictures of the fridge on his truck, etc. I was able to pay him through Zelle. Easy and no stress!!! I will definitely be using Rapid Junk Removers any time I need this type of service. Highly recommend this business!
