Pace Lighting is the 2018, 2013, 2012 & 2010 National Showroom of the Year as selected annually by a rotating panel of experts, in conjunction with Residential Lighting (now Furniture Lighting & Decor) magazine and the Dallas Market Center. Pace Lighting also received the 27th Annual ARTS Award in 2016 for East/Atlantic region Lighting Showroom and was also a finalist for the 28th & 25th Annual ARTS Award.

We are a lighting showroom and design center housed in 18,500 square feet in Savannah, GA displaying over 2,500 light fixtures, fans, and accents for home or commercial use. Pace Lighting showcases light fixtures for your kitchen, bathroom, dining room, outdoor settings and beyond.

Pace Lighting was willing to correct this situation by offering a refund of the restocking fee. It took a little over a month and a very squeaky wheel (me) to resolve, but overall I give Pace kudos - and 4 stars - for making things right.

I went in looking for a replacement glass lamp shade floor lamp I've had over 20 years. Even though it was under a $10 sale they treated me just like I was in there trying to buy a $3,000 Chandelier. I can honestly say customer service at its finest.

Friendly and fast....Pace has great lighting choices. If you are looking for something unique, something not in a big box store, Pace is that place. The showroom is pack with choices, and you can even find unique led bulbs.

Very disappointed. This company was called to repair an electrical outage. Technician flipped my breaker and maintained the issue was resolved. We explained that we had flipped the breaker previously. The lights worked briefly. We requested that he perform a more thorough analysis. He refused. Within 24 hours the lights were off again. The 2nd technician "isolated the wires" and determined there was an issue. Although, the technician found an issue, he stopped short of ensuring that all electrical outlets worked. We contacted the company and reported that this was missed. They refused to return

I was looking for a dumb part missing on my ceiling fan and the guy at Pace asks me to hold on....he goes in his "junk drawer" and finds something that will work and just gives it to me! " Try this, and good luck!"
That's it. No cost, just a great Southern smile! Now that is service!

This store is a real find. The staff is excellent and Frank (the installation guru) is the best. The quality and prices are excellent and usually only found in a major metropolitan center. They will have all our business not only for lighting, but any electrical needs.
