They are the owners of a home we did the work on, home builder didn't pay us what we were owed for the work complete ($21,961.94, plus late fees) and TrustPoint is holding the money from him and won't pay us even though what they are holding is enough to pay us. It's going on 8 months now with excuse after excuse.

They run the investment portion of my VEBA account and I am forced to use them by my previous employer. No losses/gains posted in 9 months, even though I was told that would happen quarterly. They are stealing my money. I am working with the MN attorney general to resolve issues. Attorney general office is appalled by what they have discovered and are involving other federal and state agencies. Please do not use this company if you have a choice. Zero stars if I could.

UPDATE - Just received a prompt call back and resolution. Many thanks to the people inside this organization who are mindful of helping the customer. ORIGINAL POST - Having worked in customer service for many years I know what goes into this job. That said, the person that I spoke with needs a lesson in customer service. I will say that the receptionist that initially answered the phone would have gotten a 5 star rating (she was exactly what you hope to get when calling a company), but then I was transferred and it rapidly went downhill.
