Very UNORGANIZED company, the owner hits on every female he can, the workplace is messy, unorganized, due to the owner. I have been to the office and walked in on owner yelling, belittling and berating his employees to the point of them walking out. I have also had some issues with door and he is never there when called, and if he is, he puts work orders on the back burner for weeks or months, until I have found someone else to fix door. Also have heard from several reliable sources that he tells you one thing but charges you another, usually more than the price quoted, by a couple thousand dollars
