Needed 2 locks re-keyed before we installed them to our house. It was quick, the guys were wonderful, knowledgeable, and just plain nice!! We were not surprised by the price cuz we called and were charged what we were told. Thanks guys!

After locking myself out of my work truck I decided I needed another set of keys. I went to Doug's lock and key, they said they could make another set and it was very affordable. The keys work great, they were very friendly, and very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone. I left spending less money than I thought I would, which doesn't happen much these days lol.

Lady on the phone sounds abrasive, but ultimately had a good experience. The man that programmed my key was very nice and very skilled. He was fast and efficient!

Locked myself out of my house. Called multiple places, either closed, or wanted to charge $175 plus $2 per mile. Doug's was the hero. Got me in the house and to work in less than an hour. That hour included locksmiths travel time. Charged a fair amount. Will definitely call DOUG'S AGAIN, if needed.

Very rude and unintelligible on the phone. Even though they got good reviews but there's some bad reviews with the same problem with this service. The owner said he had worked with LockSmith for over 30 years , but one thing he didn't get from Locksmith is how professional they are. You can find a better service in that area DO NOT CALL THEM!!!

Doug did great - after trying for months to get someone out to help us with some lock issues, Doug came the day after we called him, was very quick and efficient, and was able to figure out a solution to a tricky 100 year old door issue. He knew exactly what was needed and did a great job - I highly recommend him!

Doug was here when he promised, very complimentary and kind, and unlocked my door within 2 minutes of getting here. His price was a little high, but considering his 30 minute drive, I was ok with it. After this experience, I would recommend when leaving the house to always be dressed how you'd want to be seen by your local locksmith.
