I have used Harvest Party for several years and had some issues like not very clean and the bounce house having leaves and bees nests in the bounce house but we kept using them for convenience and price. We reserved the bump and splash months ago so we would have it for this past weekend for my little grand daughters 8th birthday. Absolutely loved the customer service and everything about it. Instead of charging per day the owner graciously is allowing the amount for day and letting you keep it for the whole weekend!! So we got to keep this bounce house for my daughter's birthday all weekend for the price of ONE DAY!! They offered to deliver but the area had too many twists so we had to pick up. They even help you load. I'm just so blown away by the extra steps they take to make sure you are satisfied and happy!! Will definitely come back for more birthday party fun! I've already recommended to everyone I know! Definitely

Due to COVID-19, our initial Wedding location had canceled us. But we refused to cancel, so we found another location, but we now needed chairs and tables. It was stressful (to say the least) on such short notice. Especially since we were traveling from Memphis (home) to Dandridge for our Wedding. And thatās where Harvest Party Rentals saved our day! Not only were they friendly, but they were professional. Even on such a short notice. I wouldnāt recommend anyone else. Thank you again

Overall Iām very disappointed. The tables and chairs were dirty, half the padded garden chairs were broken. We ordered 4 chafing dishes that come in plastic bags, they were dirty with stagnant water. We stayed up until midnight the night before our wedding cleaning chafing dishes. They were late with drop up and pick up. I called the day before the tables were scheduled to be dropped up and they had me down for āpick upā when I had previously had it approved by the owner a month in advance.
