The Haddock name has served the insurance needs of North Idaho for over 50 years. In 1952 Garth Haddock opened the doors of his first independent agency, Shoshone Insurance in Kellogg, Idaho. With years of commitment to customer service, an office in Coeur d'Alene followed. 1991, Haddock & Associates was formally started with Garth's son Randy Haddock.

I have been with this insurance agency for over 3 years. And have always had the best customer service. Bethany has been my agent and has always found me the lowest rates. I had to get more coverage and Bethany was out on vacation so Regina helped me and I found her to be just as amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else for insurance.

I have one agent that I am in contact at all times Wendy Moore. She is there all of the time for me and my 104 customers that we have insured thru her. She responds on all correspondence quickly and makes you feel like she actually is our employee. She goes beyond the call of duty and her company backs her up .
