Doug cancelled on me three times. We had a deal and I even bought all the materials for my flooring. He cancelled once and we rescheduled. Then he cancelled again, and then the third time I STILL asked for a reschedule. He said he had stomach surgery, which is totally understandable, so I asked him to reschedule. Instead, Doug just said he didn't want to do my project anymore. This is after waiting for months, we agreed on a price that included my disabled veterans discount, I bought all the materials, and made plans to vacate my house. Absolutely unbelievable.
