These people not only know their stuff. They were so easy to talk to and learn from they fixed me right up. Best IT company I've ever dealt with EVER!! Jess answers the phone with a smile EVERYTIME , remembers you and is ALWAYS a delight. Wess addressed my issues like it was nothing he made a very stressful day and situation so simple to fix. ALL of the people at PTIT are completely GREAT! SERIOUSLY! They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Patient and kind too!
Additionally, they have an AWESOME covered and outdoor venue for parties in the back of their location. We just celebrated our company's 20th anniversary there, and it the PERFECT venue!

I have the pleasure of working with Prototype IT on a daily basis within our organization. Everyone that they have on their team is top-notch! Fore example, Clayton G., went above and beyond in determining why our reader sign was not displaying our custom message. He did this by talking to the Manager at the site and determining that a 3rd party vendor we had utilized for repairs to our sign many months prior had come to the site, made repairs and then determined that it had not been functioning since that date. The other vendor was able to warranty their work for the repair, but had Clayton not
