The Southern Adirondack Child Care Network is a not-for-profit child care resource and referral agency serving Hamilton, Warren and Washington counties in New York. New York State Office of Children and Family Services: Child Care Block Grant quality dollars used to fund child care resource and referral services established under New York State Social Services Law.

Foundation Funding from the Charles R Wood Foundation, Target Foundation and the Stewarts Holiday Match. Donations: We are a private not for profit 501(c)3 which can always use additional financial resources to support our many services.

Jorgey Wethington, Child Care Provider Services Coordinator, ext 209, wethingtonj@saccn.org. Health and Safety Training: Competencies for Becoming a Family or Group Family Child Care Provider. A 15 hour training program, required for becoming a registered or licensed child care provider, is being offered by the Southern Adirondack Child Care Network.
We develop and promote policies that aid in the expansion of quality child care services locally, statewide and nationally. We work closely with organizations that are proven leaders in state and national early care and learning advocacy efforts. The first three years of life are a period of incredible growth in all areas of a baby's development.
One-on-one technical assistance with child-related issues, parent relations, discipline, curriculum, business operations and more. One of the membership benefits for being paid member of the Southern Adirondack Child Care Network is borrowing privileges at the Child Care Resource Library. The books and resources are located in the front office at 88 Broad Street and can be checked out by stopping in the office.

The Southern Adirondack Child Care Network is excited to be teaming up with the Clinton County Health Department and the Child Care Coordinating Council of the North Country to implement the Creating Breastfeeding Friendly Communities grant with our child care programs in Warren and Washington County.
