Wratten Trailer Sales was started in the summer of 1959 by Al and Lois Wratten. Way back then, our main office was the front seat of a blue Ford pickup truck and our "show lot" was on about 1 acre of land located 3/4 of a mile south of Adams on US Route 11. We NOW OFFER a full line of recreational trailers.

Hands-down the worst customer service! And we were on the highway our tire blew and it ripped wires out call Jarrett two hours from home and when I called to ask could we come there so they could look at the wires to we’re not sure what they go to we have nowhere else to go I was told the service department closed in 15 minutes and there was nothing they could do. And that their service manager had already left to go home for the day and she couldn’t call them. I even said to them we have two kids with us and just needed someone to look at the wires to make sure it was still safe to Paul and

I recommend this place to everyone. We have a motor home which they don't sell. They can't work on the engine but they on the inside. Each time we've brought it in they friendly, they bent over backwards to help us, and they fixed it in a short time. Their honest, that's important to us. They don't try and pad the bill, on the contrary, they bend over backwards to save you money. And what they fix stays fixed. Unlike Camping World of Syracuse. They try to pad the bill, can't fix anything, and you drive out with things in place but the first bump you hit it all falls apart.

The Wratten Dealership has been a great place to do business. From the receptionist to Jim, Rob and Jeff, they are down home courteous professional people. I bought my first new motor home in 96' from the Dad, Al and he was a delight.
The boys have been great to us being at The Willows in Henderson Harbor and only 10 miles away.
They are cognizant of any problem and have done super work for us.
