No breakfast!! My family and I stay here every time we come to Missoula. We stayed for my wife's company Christmas party. Nice place as usual but no breakfast, when and why did that happen? Will not stay again. Too expensive for a service that costs the hotel pennies.

Cheap and chintzy with their pillows as there's only 2 small ones on each bed. They are also no longer offering breakfast. Great airport shuttle service tho.

The room was so dirty. The toilet was not clean, nor was the floor around it. Mold in the shower, stains on the carpet. An overall dirty smell in the room as we walked in. We stayed there several times years ago and it was great, but now there is no breakfast and, elevated room costs. Will not stay there again.

We got a room right on the water and loved the view even enjoyed going out the patio door and walking straight down to the creek-beautiful just beautiful. After our walk we went to the restaurant and enjoyed a good meal. Portioning needs so much help my husband got the filet, it was the size of a silver dollar pancake . Same went for my halibut no wider than a kindergartners pair of 'safety scissors'.

We were staying two nights in Missoula and found Stone Creek online with good reviews. We called directly, and were given a rate for the rooms over the phone. Once we arrived, we were told the room rate for the second night would be $60 more for the second night due to the Grizzlies having a game the next day.
We asked why that wasn't explained over the phone when we initially booked the reservation, and their answer was they have Been training a lot of new staff. I then inquired as to why I wasn't told the second time I called (they had failed to send an email confirmation, so I called to confirm

Outstanding, clean, large rooms, fast internet, strong water pressure, close to the airport, next to I90 exit 99, gas station next door, and friendly staff. Perfect for business or leisure travelers alike 👍👍

The staff are great. Though being on a road trip and tired, a lumpy saggy bed is the last thing a guest needs. I awoke with an aching back after a night here.

Overpriced at almost $400.00 a night, mediocre decor, missing bath products, tiny TV, uncomfortable bed, no breakfast provided, no restaurant and more. The ONLY thing good about this hotel was the young woman at the front desk. The maid was so rude that she "turned us in" to the front desk when we picked a shampoo and makeup remover off of her cart to replace the missing bath products. I would rather sleep in my car than stay at this hotel again.

$300 for a room that smells like butter. Pillows that feel like they're filled with cotton balls. A busted bedside lamp. In general, the room seems pretty cheap for what they're charging. The front desk workers are really nice, though!

Spacious rooms and comfy beds, plus a full little kitchen set up! Stayed here before an early morning flight out. Airport is literally 3 minutes drive.

We rented a handicapped-accessible two-bed room for two days. The room was nice and spacious, perfect for our handicapped friend, the front desk staff was awesome, we had a great stay.
Fast forward to today, we had some confusion about when the rate for the room would be coming off our card -- we were told it came out the very day we rented, instead it just came out today.
So, we call the front desk to get clarification on that, we get an email from them stating when their system pulled the money out. Great!
HOWEVER the manager we were speaking to then became extremely rude and unprofessional

The staff at Stone Creek Lodge went above and beyond to accommodate us in every way! They allowed an early and late check-in/check-out, provided shuttle transport to/from the airport, and allowed us to use the transport wheelchair for my elderly mother at an event outside of the hotel. Use of the wheelchair was a lifesaver! Also, the room was spacious, clean, and easily accommodated 4 people. I highly recommend Stone Creek!

We would recommend this hotel to everyone. We were able to check in early. The room was gorgeous and super clean. Hubby used the hot tub and was so happy as none of our stops in 1250 miles had a working hot tub.

Booked a room on the way to Glacier park expecting better experience than nearby motels, but it fell short, to be honest. The room we got had a leaking toilet so we had to switch it. No apology from the front desk folks for the inconvenience and no offer to help move bags in the middle of the night. The other room had a clogged sink and had a noisy A/C. Overall, the lodge looked dated and could use some renovations (maybe besides the main lobby, but rooms - definitely). The only upside was that rooms were very big and parking was free.

I'm a tall guy. With a big head, both literally and metaphorically. And so, at the end of a long day of driving from Eastern Montana to Western Washington, I needed to rest it on a comfy pillow and a not-too-firm mattress. In a quiet room. A CLEAN room. I looked on Expedia for hotels in Missoula, and having found one that appealed to both my lack of sleep and my credit card, I called StoneCreek Lodge directly and spoke with C(K)assidy. I didn't mention anything about how I found them, but she offered the same room rate I saw online. Just so cheerful and professional on the phone

The front desk and staff are very kind, but this hotel has some of THE thinnest walls. I even changed rooms due the noise the neighbors were making and it was the same issue the next day with new neighbors. I could practically make out their conversations.

Overall the rooms are nice, good amount of space, and the showers are wonderful.

I hoped this place would be worth the time it added to our drive and it did not disappoint. The lodge has a homey, slightly upscale feel as soon as you walk in, without sacrificing on child-friendliness. The staff and front desk attendant were all kind. The suite we booked was spacious and arranged well; my siblings and I kept joking that we were just going to end our trip here. It's a shame we were only able to stop for the night. The breakfast buffet was very good. Waffles, grits, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage, juices, yogurt, coffees etc. I really liked that they

The amount of space you get in a room was wonderful however the rooms felt dated and dark. The walls were very thin and we could clearly hear our neighbors. There were no gluten free options for breakfast. Would not recommend.

It was right off the interstate which made getting back to traveling very easy!

Great price, clean rooms, substantial parking all around. Probably enough for rv's and trucks. Easy freeway access, 5 miles from downtown so close enough. Would recommend staying here, very polite staff. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Beds were comfortable, a/c worked well to lull us asleep. Can't hear the freeway even it's close by.

Let me start by saying if I pay 495 dollars plus tax for a room I expect a bit more of a breakfast than 30 people fighting over egg-like product and 1 waffle maker. And if someone could possibly refill the coffee once it's quickly drained by the caffeine starved hoards that would be nice too. The air conditioning did indeed work well, but the bed was covered in a worn out, bunched up down mattress topper which was as lumpy as sleeping in a sack of Idaho potatoes. Sadly I didn't think of stripping this mess off the bed til the wee hours when my back had already reached full spasm.

Don't stay at this place! We had someone in the middle of the night try and get into our room twice! The first time we had to call down to the desk and get security. The second time they didn't do anything and we had to call the cops. When we complained the next morning, we got an "I'm so sorry..." by the college girl working the desk....don't waste your time. Pick another place to stay.

Wow. I just spent 5 minutes having one of the most unpleasant interactions with a person in the service industry that I think I have had for some time.

1. I made a reservation on Hotels.com

2. We checked in with a lovely front desk person.

3. We went to dinner.

4. We came back, walked to our room with bags/luggage/etc. in hand, and found it to be filthy--not cleaned, dirty dishes, unmade beds.

5. I went down to the desk, asked for a room change.

6. The desk clerk changed my room "Right across the hall!"

7. I said, "I hope I am getting some kind of credit on my bill

Hotel is nice and affordable for the
Missoula area. I'd say it has a higher end feel. Rooms are spatious and the beds are very comfortable. TV selection has a lot to choose from. It is conveniently located just to the west of Missoula (about 2 to 3 miles). Front desk staff is very friendly. On my last stay, needed something delivered to the room and they delivered it in less than 5 minutes.

I stayed here the first time a month ago and today I am a repeat customer...

I wish this place would franchise out, because they do a good job here and other hotels could take notes.

All the staff here is very friendly and accommodating, from the desk clerks to the people who tend the complimentary breakfast bar to housekeeping.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable, with the biggest fridge I have ever seen in a hotel outside of Las Vegas! There is even a two burner counter stove, microwave and sink, so long term stays would be nearly like home as you could hit the grocery store and make some of your meals here rather than eat out constantly.

Pool here is nice
