Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Have been calling for two days, have left voicemails, and filled out the contact info on their website. Have not heard anything from them. I would not recommend.

We are from out of state and never did receive the balance of $400 which was owed to us after the tickets were resolved . We would have happily paid more up front to receive our full refund on the day of the court date . Use the other guys !

If you have ever been in "holding," you know that minutes feel like hours lol!!
The sense of urgency and empathy I heard/ felt in Loren's tone during the initial call set me at ease. I was breathing fresh air less than 1hr after I made that call!!
