I spoke to this doctor probably 2 years ago he told me he would charge me $600 a month no insurance and even advised me to stop making my car payments inorder to come up with the money to pay him each month. I'm so glad I followed my gut and never saw him in person what a scumbag I hope u enjoy prison

Eric Shibley (MD?) bought practice of our doctor. 1st appointment charged me almost $300 to refill a Rx. Exam room was dirty. Instruments from the last patient remained. All he talked about....money, getting rid of my insurance, paying cash, getting me off all my Rx. Then, he didn’t even sign the Rx after I paid him the cash, but I caught it.
Kept charging me for monthly appointments even though I never went back.
Tried to get my medical records sent to a new doctor, but was ignored. I knew I was being played so I turned him into the WA. State Medical Licensing Board. I got my money back and

I just cant not believe how he is still in business instead of jail or mental hospital.
Very poor customer service, terrible communication, disrespectful attitude, mental instability, lack of confidence reflected in his arrogance and aggressiveness.
I think a CNA or LPN does a better job than him.
Just can not believe in 2018 and in Seattle there is such a guy and practices medicine and my bad luck ended up having a meeting with him. what a waste of time, energy, money and mood.

Dr. Shibley is always available and will answer his phone any time of day, weekends, after hours , whenever. If he doesn’t, he will get back to you within a few minutes in most occasions otherwise within an hour or two at the most. I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews about him, he’s an extremely passionate practitioner who shows genuine care for his patients. Occasionally his services may be a little pricey but they are usually on par with other providers in the area, no reason for what some of the other reviewers are saying. My wife had called yesterday to schedule a USCIS medical exam, and was informed to come to the office an hour after closing at 6pm today. She confirmed multiple times because it was after hours, but she was told to come. We arrived today 5 minutes early to an empty and obviously closed medical office. We called and got no answer, so we left back home. 45 minutes later Dr. Shibley calls and sounds very agitated on the phone, not remembering the call from yesterday, saying he doesn’t take walkins, and saying he was in office at the time and we could come in. Incredibly unprofessional. Don’t waste

I have been a patient of Dr. Shirley for about 1.5 years and I am very happy with his services. Dr Shirley is very thorough and takes the time to find out your past medical history by contacting all other physicians you have seen and also takes the time to get to know who you are as a person, so that he can better help you both mentally and physically. If you are thinking of choosing him to be your doctor, I believe you will amazed at his abilities to care for you above and beyond most physicians.

Dr Shibley is the most caring and compassionate doctor I ever found. He put me on the path of recovery and made huge difference in my life. Without him I would not be what i am now. He is very much available, level headed and guides you though tough times.If you want results, go to him, This man carries his weight in gold. You won't regret going to him.
