Called the day before my appointment to make sure they took my insurance. Was told “yes we have everything here in the system.” I get there only to be told they don’t take my insurance and I had driven from chincoteague to get there.
When I asked why I was told that over the phone the one receptionist retorted “I’m not sure but we all know we haven’t been accepting that insurance since April so”
Get it together and be more thorough.
