Frannie DiPasquale was not only knowledgeable about the area, but she went above and beyond to negotiate the best price and terms for us in a really competitive market. She knew all the right people to send us to like a good mortgage broker and people to service our lawn and pool. So helpful!!! Tim Sparks took care of my family to sell our father's house. Tim was professional and personable.
