We are a family owned business who has been serving the Columbia Basin for over 20 years, working primarily on domestic water systems. It is our mission to use our skills and knowledge to serve the people of the Columbia Basin by getting them the water they need as fast as possible. We sell the highest quality materials that we can buy, such as Goulds Pumps and Flexcon pressure tanks.
This is desirable because the pump will not cycle on and off when you have not set enough sprinklers or there is a little demand. The advantages of VFDs are they will keep your pump from turning on and off, they can supply a constant pressure, and they make it easy for you to irrigate without worrying about how much water you are turning on.
If you are having a problem with your pump, here are a few things you can try for yourself. This applies to non-variable speed systems. Once you have found the switch try hitting it (with the cover on). You want to hit it with a slight amount of force as not to break it but definitely harder than just tapping it.
We will answer the phone when you call or quickly return your call if we are already on the phone or out of signal. There are alternative phone numbers to call if one of us cannot get to the phone. Customers will be billed a minimum of one hour per service call. Hourly rate is $100 an hour and $75 for an apprentice and billed from when we leave the shop to when we return to the shop.

We are very happy with their service. Basin installed a new well pump for us in April of 2020. 1.5 years later we had a problem with a defective check valve & Caleb from Basin took care of it very quickly. It's great to work with a company that stands behind their work & product they sell with integrity.

Don Hochstatter, the owner, was extremely helpful and had TJ assist my 85 year old mother with analyzing and repairing what she needed. They expedited the order so I was greatly appreciative for doing this (since I am 3.5 hours away) and could not assist her. I have found them to be very professional in every way. I highly recommend them. They were extremely nice as well as explaining what to do.

We are very happy with Basin Pump Service. We called them yesterday afternoon and they were here this morning at 10:30am. Caleb got right to it and was pulling our 365 ft pump in less than 15 minutes of arriving. He diagnosis the problem within an hour and in less 3 hours he was done. The charged us a very decent rate and we are back up and running. We will not hesitate to call them again if we need our pump serviced. Thank You very much for the great service.

We met Don and Caleb last year when they serviced our current residence pressure pump issue. Originally we thought the pump had to be replaced because it kept tripping the breaker. However, Caleb and Don investigated the issue, and isolated it to the pressure tank and a bad switch. Saved us big time, and pump has worked great since then! Based on that awesome service and honesty, we hired them to install a new well pump at our new residence under construction. The best company we've worked with by far. They went above and beyond our expectations. Tried to work out our water issue by phone first prior to making a service call. After we decided we wanted to scrap the old system and install a new one they were able to work us in straight away. These guys are professional, courteous and their work speaks for itself. The guys were very prompt and knowledgeable about our well and pump concerns.
We had to drill our well deeper and the guys were able to work us into their schedule to pull the pump before the drillers arrived and were back next afternoon when the driller had left to install our new pump.
The guys arrived with everything they needed to do the job and were very efficient.
Pump pulled and reinstalled all in less than 24 hours with only 2 days notice due to COVID.
I love having our water back in such a short time frame.
