Dr. Philipson graduated from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1986 and has been in practice in the Southern California since that time. He uses the Gonstead System of adjustment, which is a precise method of analyzing and correcting the spine and he was one of the first Chiropractors to be certified in the Active Release Technique in Southern California.

My son convinced me to go see Dr. Philipson after he had been helped tremendously with is back pain. I have had lower back pain for over 30 yrs and my legs and feet were beginning to become numb. After ONE visit I had feeling back in my legs and feet and am completely pain free from my lower back. Dr. Philipson listens to you and really cares about his patients. I highly recommend him. :)

Dr. Philipson is AWESOME! I found him through Yelp initially and his reviewers do not lie. He is so personable and down to earth. He really knows his stuff. I started going to him because of tightness in my back and feeling the need to "self-adjust" my neck - which I'm sure is not good for me! My son and husband also had their own unique back issues so all 3 of us started going. Within a month of treatment, going once a week, we felt much better and started going once a month for maintenance after. Dr. Philipson does not try and upsell treatment just to make money. He really treats each individual

I can not say more about Dr. Philipson. He has brought me back for a devastating industrial accident where I could barely stand for 2 to 3 minutes at a time to where I am physically active; enjoying skiing, biking, golfing, and most importantly holding my wife's handbag as she shops.
I have sent my friends with severe arthritis and mobility issues, in which he has worked wonders.

I have been living with chronic lower back pain and sciatic nerve pain since I was 12 years old (I'm now almost 30). The pain caused me to miss many days of work, quit playing golf and I was on multiple pain relievers and muscle relaxers. Since working with Dr. Philipson over the past year I am almost pain free, I no longer take any meds and I once again can enjoy playing a round of golf, pain free! Dr. Philipson is amazing! I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Philipson is an excellent chiropractor. I began seeing him for chiropractic care 20 some years ago, but truly learned how skilled he was when I was 12 years old and in a body boarding accident that left me crawling. The day after I hit the bottom of the ocean, Dr. Philipson adjusted me and I could walk again. In less than I month I was running around at recess with the rest of my classmates.

Dr. Philipson is truly a gifted and amazing chiropractor and person. I have seen many chiropractors for my chronic back pain over the years with minimal relief until I started going to Dr. Philipson who has given me so much relief in a very short amount of time. I have been seeing Dr. Philipson for Chiropractic care for 27 years. He is very good and has relieved me from uncounted aches and pains resulting from everyday life, as well as my passion for tennis. He has a pleasant demeanor and enjoys what he does (it shows). He continually strives to improve his craft and uses new techniques that help his patients. I heartily recommend him.
