Kelly and her team truly made all of our wedding dreams come true! Kelly’s floral vision is unmatched and she executed each detail flawlessly. She was responsive, personable, professional and her talent is out of this world. Our wedding was on the coast in NC and she drove all of the materials down, coordinated the delivery of our driftwood arbor and worked seamlessly with our wedding planner and venue coordinator to put all of the bouquets and installations together. I can't say enough about Kelly and Bloom Flower. I ordered a balloon arch for my daughters first birthday and didn't realize she needed a deposit, so she thought I didn't want it anymore. When I showed up she immediately took action and promised to have it done in time. Not only did she get it done in time it was BEAUTIFUL and matched perfectly. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to make our girls day so special

I was in the area for a quick breakfast and a haircut... I walked by between the two places. Never noticed there before.
I saw a gentleman walking out with a paper wrapped bouquet of flowers. It was a beautiful Mother's Day!
I decided to stop in and see the operation. Since leaving the city years ago, I really miss the several florists from my old neighborhood! Haven't really found the artistry of the city florists out here save for once or twice at various shops.
It looks as if they were getting ready for an event. They had a huge balloon arch and lots of flowers. No ready made bouquets

I live in a different state and called for flowers to be delivered to a friend. While understanding I called on Valentine’s Day, I wasn’t expecting the flowers to be delivered same day. To my surprise they were able to deliver the flowers within a few hours and they are absolutely gorgeous!!
With being out of state and calling last minute, I honestly wasn’t planning on having such an easy and great experience. Customer service is everything and they definitely exceeded my expectations.

Kelly is absolutely amazing! She takes the time to discuss your wedding vision and truly understand the color palate you are looking for. She went above and beyond putting our wedding flowers together. We got so many complements on the arbor decor and everyone wanted to take pictures under it. Everything was gorgeous!

Kelly was a pleasure to work with! She came with us to check out the venue and had so many awesome ideas, then worked with me to make that happen within my budget. She really got my vision, and then what she created on the day far exceeded even my wildest dreams. She put together the most amazing bouquets for me and my bridesmaids, made gorgeous centerpieces out of greenery, and created an INCREDIBLE floral arrangement for the mantel above the fireplace at the reception. I was swooning over the flowers, and I wasn't the only one—my guests are still talking about them two months later!

I'm not local and I was looking for a way to send my niece some flowers without using FTD. I used google maps to locate a florist near her. I took a total chance on Bloom Flower but it worked out really great! Kelly emailed me photos of the arrangement. It was delivered promptly. She even added flowers with fragrance for extra cheering up. I loved the reliable service, loved getting email confirmation of my delivery, and the email with photos of the actual arrangement were just the icing on the cake! i loved it so much I
