We have dealt with several salespersons when buying our first bike there and now our second. All of them have been extremely friendly and helpful. We waited to get our second bike there instead of another place because of the customer service. Further, the prices are reasonable in comparison to others. We were very happy.

I have never been disappointed when requesting service from Bicycle Connection. 3x I have visited the shop without an appointment and with “semi-emergency” needs was not turned away. The most recent-I was unable to mount/seat a tubeless tire. The technician dropped what he was doing and was able to get the tire inflated. Much appreciated.

I have lived in the area for about a year now, and was very nervous moving from a larger area with many bike shops if I would be able to find a place to meet my needs. Bicycle connection has been AWESOME, I have bought two bikes for family from there, had countless visits for parts (tires,tubes,cables), and just recently had to have some work done that I didn't have time to fix myself. In all of those scenarios the staff where super helpful, always quick to answer my 100 questions, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed!

I was very impressed with the inventory, knowledge, and willingness to assist. I went in on a rainy Friday because my brake was not working. We had tried to remedy at home to no avail. All it took was Chris to the rescue. He lubricated it, crimped it even though we lost the crimp clip. Did not charge us, nor would he take a tip. My brother owns a bike shop in Utah and said this is great customer service, I wholeheartedly agree. Thank you to Chris and the Bicycle Connection. Highly recommend to anyone in the area in need of service or purchasing.

I spend a week or 2 every summer in South Bethany...Bicycle Connection is probably the best bike shop in Delmarva! The people are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The keep me rolling on my vacation...I can pedal and when I need a repair, or I forgot a water bottle or gloves, THEY take care of me. Stopped by today just before closing on a Saturday...and they quickly and efficiently fixed a derailur/chain rubbing issue...WITHOUT grumbling or stressing that I was sneaking in at the last minute.
