I was very disappointed with the Wilson’s customer service. I had ordered 300 gallons of home heating oil on Feb 1st. I hadn’t heard anything from Wilson’s and decided to call today (feb 12th) They claim that they had an issue with my credit card and tried to contact me by phone, which in this day and age we have caller I.D. I can confirm 100%, they did not contact me, and no voicemail. It ended up that my credit card company closed my account on Feb3rd because I hadn’t used that card for longer than a year. First time ever ordering oil from Wilson and the experience was terrible. I ordered oil on a Wednesday and was told the oil would be delivered Thursday or Friday. We ran out on Thursday and had below freezing temperatures and heavy winds. We have a large farmhouse and can’t run too many space heaters without tripping breakers. Also have two small children. Called wilson several times telling them this and it didn’t seem to matter. Called again Tuesday and was told the same thing, that if not today it would be tomorrow. Ridiculous! I do not recommend this place. Especially if you are in desperate
