If you can avoid this company. They are shady and dishonest. From day one I had problems. My move in date was pushed a week and was told it was due to needing cleaned. Once I moved in the house it was filthy. My notice to vacate was coming home to a for sale sign in the front yard. The real estate agent alleged that she was unable to get ahold of my husband and me to inform us that the house was being put on the market. We understood the homeowner wanting to sell just not the way it was gone about. Along with the notice that Reality Executives was going to keep our entire deposit was an “Invoice”

Terrible customer service, being charged for damages and other things wrong with home before we moved in. We noted everything before hand and they’re charging us for a previous owner. We moved in and the home had trash and another persons belongings. Which we’re charged for. Was also charged a late fee after paying rent but they sent it back. So how could we be charged a late fee? There’s so many things I can say that’s bad. I just suggest staying away from them if possible

Crissy is a fantastic realty person to work with. She has been nothing but friendly, considerate, and a joy to work with. Very knowledgeable and quick to explain any questions that you may have. My experience with my rental itself however was another story. That is the reason for the 1 star review. Crissy gets a 5 out of 5! Ask for her!

My experience renting from this company was mostly positive until it came time for the moveout inspection. The people that do the moveout repairs charge insane fees and Realty Executives simply charges those fees to the tenant without any opportunity to debate the charges. They say you can debate the charges, but all that means is meeting with them and having them tell you there's nothing they can do. Neither the maintenance person nor the broker had any interest or desire to help me with the moveout charges and they could not be reasoned with. This left a very bad taste in my mouth and I would

Realty Executives has gone above and beyond to help us. We where having trouble with the sale of our house as things were falling through on the buyers end. We were getting very discouraged but they assured us that they had an opportunity for us. We are currently renting our home now. They are not only very responsive and caring but they took into consideration what our needs and wants are for our home and family. Rebecca Prohm and Sheena Sturdy are amazing! Highly recommend both these ladies and their team!!

We moved here about a year ago. Anyone looking for a rental knows it can be extremely difficult to find one in this area. This company never wasted my time, and got me in to the home right away.
We needed to move out early, and instead of fighting us or threats, Crissy Larsen was extremely accommodating. She simply let me know what would be required of me and sent me the needed forms.
When I needed things fixed their maintenance man was out the next day, if not that very day.
They never bothered me while living here other than requesting a home inspection at the six month mark.

My husband and I have been living here not even a month yet (haven’t even paid first months rent). The first time I ran our dishwasher( which they are responsible for) it ran for two hours. My husband and myself thought it was abnormal and explained to Delisha “Dee” someone who I guess primarily takes care of work orders. She sent in a request to have it looked at.. we had a guy come and look at it. He said it was fine; but didn’t stay through all 4 cycles of the dish washer. I was really hopeful that things would change with Realty Executives. I can say that they worked to get our home repainted after move in. The contractor did an amazing job. Lack of communication was a little frustrating but it was done.
Last Friday after midnight our basement flooded. The finished AND unfinished part of our basement. Per the lease I contacted emergency after hours and was told it would be addressed the next morning. Mind you we spent HOURS cleaning up at least 50 gallons of water. I immediately took pictures and videos and submitted a maintenance request also. The next morning
