When I looked for a doctor to do my bariatric surgery, I called the staff at Weight Loss LA and explained my goals and they were very encouraging. So far, I've lost approximately 93 pounds and my partner is also part of this weight loss journey with me. As an aging couple in our mid 50's we want to avoid being stuck in a recliner; we want to be active and have mobility to travel the world and take care of our grandchildren. I am living post-lab band for a year and can easily say that it has made a major difference in my quality of life for the better. Before the lap band surgery, my highest weight was 337 pounds. I had three young children and no energy to play with them. I have lost 135 pounds through the help of the lap band surgery and everyone at the Weight Loss LA clinic. I have been struggling to lose weight for years. I finally came to the decision to get lap band done. I researched many clinics and doctors until I came across Weight Loss LA. This was the best choice for me because after my consultation, I felt really comfortable with the surgeon. I am really happy with my weight loss, however, I do wish that the weight would come off a little bit faster. I would still recommend this clinic and if I had to chose again I wouldn't change my mind. The staff really makes me feel safe to ask questions and I am happy with the progress I am making.
