This facility has gone down hill since Dr. Wood passed away. Seem like my grandson never sees the same dentist. He has been going for past 8 years. Decided to change dentist and they found 13 cavities. I have his teeth cleaned every 6 months. He brushes his teeth. Make me wonder how he got so many in 6 months or did they miss some?

My son started going to Dr. Woods when he was 3 and he is 21 now. It was time for him to move on so he got a referral to another dentist. Lol They didn't kick him out. I never had any problems with him or anyone else in his office. Dr. Woods always communicated with me as to what going on with my son. Trust and believe if they were hurting or mistreating my son, he would have said something and ran out of the back. He would have also told me that he wasn't going back. He loved getting the prize at the end of his visit.

They don't let you go into the room with the kids. So after an hour or so of a wait you have to trust them with your child. They used gas on my son without asking permission the first time. Then after they take them back it's another 2-2.5 hours to get their teeth cleaned. All the while 80% of the time you're having to sit on the floor. The nurses aren't too forth coming or kind with time frames or even an update after you've been separated from your kiddo for over an hour waiting on a simple teeth cleaning.

I give this place a 0000000 star review. Terrible, Abusive, Child Abuse. My brother and my experience was terrifying. When I was around 9 years old, they asked me to open my mouth, which I didn't because they were people I didn't know and my mom told me not to trust strangers. Remember kids, Stranger Danger! Since I didn't open my mouth, they forcefully opened my mouth, I literally felt as if they were breaking my jaw. Although there was a nice lady that I did trust because she was nice to me, she never hurt me. I forgot her name, but I really appreciate her kindness. Now, my little brothers experience

Do not go here!
I have three kids, 6, 4, and 2. During their first cleanings around Feb 2017 I brought all three kids to their scheduled cleaning. They tried to separate my daughter from us - when she cried they agreed she could go in the private room with her brothers and myself. I then learned their policy-that at age 5 they have the kids go in the big kid room but if we wanted her to stay with us and her brothers that was fine and maybe she'd get more comfortable as time passes.
6 months later (August 2017) after already confirming on the phone when I made the appointments that I would be

My daughter had an extremely bad experience here. She went in for a partial root canal and came out looking like she had been through a battle. The assistant came out to me after about 30 min and asked if they could restrain my daughter! I asked if I could go see her to help calm her down and they wouldn't let me! They gave me some crap about it being a policy to not let the parents go back, so I don't know how these other parents managed to get back there. All I know is that my daughter wouldn't go back to the dentist and I just finally got her to go back(after almost 3 years) and she said as

I love this office. My 15 year old daughter has been coming here since her first tooth. They had to pull every one of her baby teeth as her adult teeth grew in. They allowed me to stay with her through every visit until she was old enough to be comfortable with them. They have always treated her so well that she is not afraid or upset to go to the office even after all the work they have done on her. This is just a great place all around.

Horrible experience. My 5 year old was very nervous about the dentist, so we tried to reassure him it would be okay. The woman took him back and when they finally came back she proceeded to tell us that he cried the whole time and was terrible. (Right in front of him) She said he ask for his mom the whole time. We asked why she didn't come get us and she acted like we were crazy. Our son later told us she said "he couldn't leave the room until he quit crying". Really? Is this the best way to get a child comfortable at the dentist. It is a pediatric dentistry! You mean my 5 yr
