I have used Awash several times, and they do a wonderful job for a very fair price. I even had them shampoo an area rug, and they did a good job on that, too.
They get back to you when you call, they show up when they promise, they do a great job, they don't ruin your screens or trample your plants. Always pleasant encounter.

Ours is a ranch style house with 11 windows and 3 sliders. Last week Miguel was here exactly two hours. He charged $265, incl $40 extra to clean screens. Little or no overhead.. a bucket and squeegee, that's $130+/hr. To wash windows. The frames outside were left wet so I went around and wiped them down myself. Plenty of dirt on my rags. Not sure what ppl mean when they say 'reasonably priced.' I won't hire this co again. This time I just needed windows done within 5 days for visitors so we were in a pinch.

Owner Miguel is a quality professional with a great personality. He has been doing our home windows for over 6 years. He has also stripped and polished our terrazzo floor. They still look great. Mike was great! Not only did he do a great job but he a nice guy to chat with while he cleaned the inside windows. I was very impressed by his attention to detail. Compared to other window cleaners he definitely took the time to make sure the windows really shined and the tracks and screens were cleaned thoroughly. Glad I finally found the best window cleaner in my area!!
