Buyer beware! Soaked us for $10,000 more after all said and done. Last estimate, not signed, was for roughly $46,000. Surprised us owing $53,000 and no receipts to prove the overage. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Smooth talker. Was nice enough to give him 2 separate weeks off and supplied bathroom facilities to use whenever. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Sunroof addition. Footer not poured level, block laid without morter buttered on sides, subfloor decking leveled by wedging corner w/wooden wedges, opening for window openings not sized correctly, attached vinyl siding via black insulation board.
