GSS made the whole "Going Solar" process super easy. They answered any questions we had clearly and quickly. We had very little to do as far as the paperwork side of things went. They applied for all permits, state and federal rebates, worked with our power company and explained all the details we needed to know. We couldn't be happier with our system or the service we receive from Granite State Solar.

I can't properly express how impressed we have been with GSS. Everyone at every stage of the process has been exceptional. The techs who came to install the panels, the battery, or to meet with the town inspector were customer service stars.
The biggest hiccup in the process was the Town inspector who pulled a no show on the appointment to sign off on the work and then showed up late to the rescheduled appointment. In both instances the GSS rep was apologetic and professional. It was nothing they needed to apologize for as it was out of their control.

The professionalism of the Granite State Solar company is commendable. The quality and neatness of the workmanship and the equipment installed is much better than a number of my neighbors who used a large national company for their solar installation. You won’t find a more knowledgeable company representative than Eric Kilens. His response to my questions and concerns was quick and thorough throughout the installation process. Since the installation of my solar panels, my electric bill is much lower. I highly recommend this company.

Top-notch service and equipment from planning to system start-up! Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful in helping me understand the system and what I needed to do to get it running. No pushy sales people, either! Everything was done for me - all the permits, paperwork, financing, documentation with the State - a godsend for an involved process that can be easily overwhelming. Granite State Solar was great to work with. They helped us along with the whole process. We where thinking about going with a generator for back up power, They helped us explore solar with Batteries. Not only do we not now have to listen to a generator once a week, but we also get to make power when ever the sun is shinning. The batteries allow us to have 1/2 a normal day power amount on demand during storms and allow us to use our own power most nights. Granite State came in and after 3 days on site had the whole system installed and waiting on the new meter. They also helped us understand how
