If I could give the zero stars I would. Doctor was good but their billing department is horrible. We have a secondary Insurance and needed a CSM1500 form to file the claim. Called at least 6 times to get. I finally when in person. I was told the billing person was out to lunch and to come back in an hour. Returned and they said they said they do not do the billing there! I gave them all the details for the secondary Insurance company and I still get bills 3 months later. I contacted the secondary Insurance Company and they still have not received the information they needed. Avoid this place like
