My name is Rodney Tatum, professional Auto Detailer and owner of Mirror Reflections Auto Spa. I represent Gainesville and the surrounding areas. I have twice appeared on Competition Ready. I am also a blog writer for Detailed Image. Many people see their car as only a means to get from one place to another.
An exterior detailing service is designed to deep clean, visually enhance, and protect the car's painted surface. Each exterior services includes a gentle wash of the vehicle, a multiple step paint decontamination, polishing, and the application of a durable layer of protection. The duration of our detailing services can range from several hours to several days.
Before I began discussing the potential value of Ceramic Coatings, I believe it is necessary to first address what they are not. Ceramic Coatings are not a magic pill. It may not be for everyone. It will not protect your car against rock chips. Coatings do not make your car scratch proof, although self healing coatings can repair itself against very light defects.
Contrary to common assumptions, it is extremely rare a car leaves a dealership in pristine condition. Dealership prep and maintenance work often adds swirl marks to the vehicle due to improper techniques and an approach to detailing that sacrifices quality for volume. Just like you would prefer an auto mechanic who specializes in auto repair, you would want a licensed professional auto detailer addressing the cosmetic needs of your car.

I love working with Rodney. He clearly loves his work and loves automobiles. He took a very close look at my 6 year old car and told me what it needed, from slight touchups to polishing, cleaning and waxing. He showed incredible attention to detail and worked with me to make sure that we were communicating accurately. Indeed, his communication skills are superb--he kept in touch with me after I had left my car and he actually answers any calls. Best of all, my car was gorgeous, almost brand new, with a lovely waxing that make my car sparkle. It was finished in a timely fashion too. So, I recommend

There are car washes. There are detailers. There are professionals that take pride in their craft. Then, there are Experts. Rodney @Mirror Image is an expert. He is an artist that looks at his subject, analyzes it, plans his strategy, and then relentlessly and meticulously executes it to perfection. He will literally work 12hours straight and show up the next day, happy to continue. It's not about the time, nor is it about the money.
