In 1997, it began billing multiple specialties which have included pathologists, radiologists, interventional radiologists, family practitioners, pediatricians, general surgeons, infectious disease specialists, gastroenterologists, rheumatologists, pulmonologists, plastic surgeons, bariatric surgeons, varicose vein specialists, podiatrists, orthopedists, physical therapists, obstetricians and gynecologists.

Practice Education - Close interaction with office manager and staff regarding proper submission of billing information, insurance verification, authorization, collection of co-payments, insurance information updates, waivers and coding updates. Review of finances, trends of the practice, problems in collections, coding updates, procedural guidelines, and documentation issues.
A physician or group can lease the EMR software alone, without the billing component, for an extremely reasonable monthly fee. 2012 is the last year that you can implement Electronic Health Records (EHR) and receive up to the full $44,000 incentive from Medicare. If your practice is predominately Medicaid, the incentive is $63,750.
