It is a perfectly fine. Quaint. Safe. Clean place for a GREAT price for the weary traveler to rest thier head. It's not fancy or lavish. But it's cheap. It's safe and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. If it's after 11pm. Bring food. There is nothing around there. But I had a great rest and felt I got great value. It will be my go to on that route....

Relax inn was nice. The young man who checked us in was very nice and helpful even to the point of helping us find a place to park as we were towing a rig. N helped fix the tv when it wouldn't come on..the room was clean. N the bed was firm but soft. It made for a very restful night.. n the shower n hot water were wonderful... I highly recommend this place it was out of the way yet perfect for the travelers who dont want to bother with the larger truck stops.n the price was easy on the pocket book. It had all the hotel amenities of a small hotel.. .. I will remember this place n utilize this as

Just as the other people have said… the rooms are super clean. Not stinky. Owners and staff are amazing. Truck parking available (if you need to restart and you’re driving with you significant other or even if it’s just you.. for showers and bathrooms throughout the night!, it’s totally worth it… this is perfect) I’ve been traveling with my husband since I left my hospital job because of COVID. But if ever travel through Memphis we will definitely stop here no matter which way we’re going. Once again just like the other positive people said… don’t judge a book by its cover. The

Smelled a little of mildew. Smoking room, but no ashtrays. Very, very nice gentleman at the counter. AC worked wonderfully but bed linen not of adequate weight. More like covering with a sheet. Desperately need some kind of blankets on the beds. And, of course, same as all of the swamplands, be prepared for mosquitoes. For the price it was an adequate place to sleep. Would stay there again.

The choice of staying at this hotel was a really bad idea!
1st after twenty minutes of getting ready to settle in for the night after 12 hours on the road, the filth in the place was horrible .
2nd Discarded food left in the bathroom and under the sheets on the bed.
3rd stains on the mattress obviously fro the previous tenant.
4th bugs hiding underneath the the mattress and consuming the discarded food!!!!!!!
The manager refused to get us into another room or offer a refund.
A report was made with health dept with photos as proof of what was witnessed. With covid 19 this place DOES NOT

During covid times rooms should be cleaned better. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. My husband stopped here cause we didn't want to drive to Memphis after a long day and spend $120 on a room . The pics online were legit so he went and got a room. The outside is a tad worn down for sure. The room we got wasn't as pictured. Not the upgraded ones for show on the website . Tons of mosquitoes everywhere . My husband passed out and one of my kids immediately. As I was moving the sheets around there was a dead spider and bug I can't tell what kind but we don't them have in

We stopped off at this place because we were too tired to keep going. It's not really close to a big city and the hotel itself looks a little run down and isn't big. The staff seemed super friendly and the price wasn't too bad.
The room seemed somewhat clean. There was a bit of mold I saw but I've seen much worse in these little side of the highway hotels. My big issue with this hotel was actually the mosquitos. They were everywhere and ended up in the room and in my car. I'm not sure if there is anything the hotel could do about them but they really were a nuisance.

I stopped because I was exhausted and driving a Uhaul that I was nervous about getting into smaller areas with.
There's a sign at check in that says NO REFUNDS. That should have been my clue.
The room was disgusting and run down. Bed was dirty and pillows were flat. There were stains on both beds. Big stains. There was a weird smell to the room. Dead smooshed bugs on the walls. It all made me so uncomfortable there was no way we could stay in there. Much better sleep in the truck. Left early.

When you come to check the reviews AFTER you've stayed here. Bugs, dirty linen, garbage in the room, sketchy surroundings, non-working remote. I'm not the kind of person that asks to change rooms but I did that and then STILL got a refund and drove further down the road to Brinkley. The worst rooms ever and I'm a sailor, I've slept in some dives!

Let's start with the bad: screwy parking lot, very low water pressure, hardly any food options nearby (BK, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut (all express) and a not exactly stellar diner), no food delivery, smelled kinda mildewy until we ran the a/c for about an hour.
Now the good: easy check in, inexpensive ($76 including tax for two people overnight), reasonably clean, decent and firm bed, minimal noise, has very barebones RV park attached (but not close enough to be disruptive), cold cereal and waffles on breakfast bar, apparently bi-lingual.
Well stay again when we're passing thru.

Well we are here and I told the owner that we had a service dog and he then made a face and asked for documentation. That's not an issue but the issue is the fact that the owner told us that he was going to move us from a upper room that he made sure to tell me was better than the room that we are getting moved to. My pregnant wife myself and our service dog were sent to the back of the motel in rooms that you can tell have not been used. The other rooms around ours are open due to flooding. The room stinks of smoke and the mattress looks to be 20 years old. The fridge is cool not cold. The

I must say besides tha lack of water pressure, everything here waz fab!
Room was clean and orderly
Bed was perfect, not too soft n not to hard
And they offer free breakfast
Management was friendly and accommodating and pretty funny, I think he missed his calling as a good will ambassador.
Highly recommend stayin here if u ever find urself stuck in the Earle, Heth, Arkansas area!!
