Carl just finished repairing our dishwasher. He had the parts he required with him based on my amateur diagnosis, did the repair in a few minutes and we are back in business. We have a 13-YO Whirlpool Duet washer and it is notorious for "error codes" and would not run. It was an expensive washer to begin with and I was not in the mood to buy another washer. The technician was 1/2 hour early for the service call and had the washer spinning like a top in less than a half hour. Thank you folks.
