I’m gonna be real honest DO NOT RENT FROM 1008 NORTH 7th STREET!!!!! That apartment complex cute inside but two people downstairs keep making noise and won’t stop making noise nothing ever gets done when said one guy keeps throwing parties until 6 am and I’ve called about the noise complaint and the weed smell this is just not a good place to rent from if you value your life and sleep before work

If it were possible to give them zero stars I would. I rented with them for 6 months as an in between transition while getting ready to move to MN state. First off I had a walk through (with out a checklist) and that went well except for the fact that one room had no closet door. The person showing told me that they would not be replacing the door and the unit would be rented without. Ok no problem. When receiving the keys I was given the wrong ones. Ok honest mistake. Once moved in, I literally had to shower myself and my daughter within 5 min because the water would run out. When I called to

I have been renting a storage unit and an outdoor spot for my camper for the last two years. I highly recommend you DO NOT rent from this company. I had my camper broke into twice in three weeks and others had been broke into prior to that. They would not help with any of the cost and they claim they were going to add extra security measures which after 6 months they still have not. I had a 12x30 enclosed unit which was a disaster when I starting rent it and they had the nerve to charge me a cleaning fee when I was done with it when it was way cleaner then it was when I moved items in it. Lived there from July 2013 until August 2014. During that period my vehicle was vandalized twice (in December 2013 both of my front tires were slashed, and in March 2014 my vehicle – as well as 4 other vehicles on their parking lot - were shot with a large BB gun, one BB went through my back window and broke my windshield). Although there were numerous vehicle break-ins’ in Rocky Gordon complex my vehicle was never (thank God) broken into. Almost every day I had to jump over intoxicated residents (kicked out by their family members) and random people sleeping on the stairway. Called local police
