The team at Custom Hearing is kind and patient! They really care about the people they service. They are not pushy, very knowledgeable and trustworthy people. I have had my hearing tested here as well as have worked with them for several other events, etc. Would recommend to anyone looking for hearing aids, hearing aid advice and/or maintenance, or even for getting a baseline hearing check done.

I highly recommend Custom Hearing Solutions. I went for my first hearing test ever and found I have mild hearing loss. They explained the theory behind hearing loss and gave me several options to choose from. They were also very good about not pressuring me into anything I do not need. They explained all options and got me set up for a lifetime of improved hearing. Very good experience!

Great staff, very friendly, helpful and responsive. They were able to check for wax in my ears and I felt good about the hearing test and service I got from them. They verified that my insurance would cover my hearing aids and processed all of the paperwork for me. I love the way they look and how I can now understand people in a restaurants. If you have any questions about your ears or hearing, you need to work with this group!
