I am a mom of two amazing kids, a lover of animals and coffee, a licensed real estate agent, a certified home staging expert and interior decorator. Coming from a family in the trades from general contractors to investors, electricians, cabinet makers, painters, inspectors, carpenters and working as a design consultant for general contractors for the past 10 years, it was evident I would end up having my own staging and design business.
We are a family operated business, I work side by side with my better half who has 20+ years experience in commercial and residential construction and remodeling. On the design and staging end I work closely with my mother who passed down her great eye for design to me. I reached out to Charise and initially she came over, took some pictures and notes, and gave me a list of things to do.
We can do this one of two ways, in person walk through consult OR E Consult where I receive pictures of the space via email. Both types of consults will receive a checklist and suggestion on staging via email.
For the in person walk through I will also provide a hands on staging proposal as where our E Consult will strictly be done via email with staging suggestions for homeowner to complete on their own with the help of my redesign report and staging checklist.This report will be your secret weapon in getting your home sold for top dollar with less days on the market.

Charise is literally amazing and talented. Ive used her multiple times for interior design work and home staging on many listings. Let me tell you about a recent result that's typical when using eyelet design. I listed a home for a client and we where getting very negative feedback and no offers. We where discussing out options and instead of a price drop I strongly suggested we stage the home. We had Charise do her thing and do a full stage, one day back on the market we went under contract and closed for $7000 over asking. Before staging we where talking about a 10k price drop so that's a $17k
