Not to worry! We always provide a mix of fresh vegetables as a taco filling at no extra charge. If Vegans and/or Vegetarians will make up a large percentage of your guest count, please mention this in the "Tell us a little about your event" section below. Our buffet features a variety of sides including rice, beans, cilantro, onions, and salsa.
G.U.A.C. Taco Cart Catering Company is not the "Taco Man", it is a Professional Catering Service based out of El Gringo Mexican Restaurants performing a Taco Cart service. We have high quality - Award Winning food, we are 100% reliable and we are completelylicensed, insured and health department certified.

These guys literally saved my wedding. The venue we booked had major sound malfunctions that caused our ceremony to be over an hour later than it was supposed to start. Luckily, these guys were there, ready-to-go, and quickly got to serving our guests which raved about the food. I get asked constantly who we hired to cater our wedding. I am forever grateful for them being there to promptly feed our guests, 200 people, so that they wouldn't mind the hold up as much.
